These terms apply to your use of the Australian Cosmetic Hub website and to product orders placed through it. Appointments booked through Timely are also subject to the booking details shown there.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain access to another customer’s order, or use the shop in a way that places a false order. We may refuse an order or close an account that is being misused.

Products, prices, and availability

We describe products as accurately as we can. A product image may not show the exact packaging batch. Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown before you place the order. A price or description may change, and a product may become unavailable, until we accept the order. If we cannot supply an item after you have paid, we will refund the amount paid for that item.

Payment

Payment is taken by card through Stripe or by PayPal. We do not store your full card number. An order is not complete until the payment provider confirms the payment. We may cancel an order that is not paid.

Shipping and clinic pickup

Standard delivery in Australia is $12. Standard delivery is free on orders of $150 and above. Clinic pickup is free. Pickup is during clinic opening hours after you receive a ready-for-collection email. Express delivery is not offered. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Accepting or cancelling an order

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a payment is not confirmed, or we reasonably believe the order is in error or is not genuine. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled part of the order. If you need to cancel, contact us promptly. We will say whether the order can still be stopped before it is dispatched.

Intellectual property

The website text, photographs, and design belong to Australian Cosmetic Hub or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. Product names belong to their owners.

Accuracy

We try to keep the website current. Treatment information is general and is not a personal recommendation. A consultation is the right place to decide whether a treatment is suitable for you.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law. Where the law allows us to limit a remedy for goods or services that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, we may limit our liability to repair, replacement, resupply, or the cost of those things.

Liability

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, or for loss caused by your misuse of a product contrary to its directions. This does not affect liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the laws of Australia that apply there. The courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
